IMPORTANT: Please have your USDOT and MC numbers entered in the Memo area of the Check. You will be notified, the day the check arrives, that QIS has started the monitoring process. You will receive monthly status reports regardless of whether the FMCSA as taken any actions against your operating authority or not.
